We provide everything you'll need during your stay, including: dishware, silverware, cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, blender, tea kettle, coffee maker and microwave. All appliances are full-sized, including a beautiful gas range.

The home also has a full-sized washer and dryer.

Just two blocks away you’ll have access to Anchorage’s trail system - perfect for walking, biking, or skiing during the winter. It’s also close to South Anchorage restaurants and shopping. The drive downtown is quick and effortless.

We know you would like to check in whenever you please. We have a keyless door code system so you may arrive at any time!

Although you may visit to “unplug”, you may want to stream your favorite shows or movies. We provide high speed, secure wifi for your leisure or to use while working when away.

We stock toddler dishes and utensils, a high chair, and a pack-and-play. We also stock family games and books.

The downstairs game room will be a hit! Play ping-pong, foosball, NBA Jam arcade game, and electronic darts during your downtime!

The back yard provides a nice place for kids to play, and we will have yard games available during the summer.

This fully equipped kitchen functions perfectly for traveling couples, families, or groups! All appliances are full-sized.

The table seats four, and we have an extra leaf to accommodate six. We also provide two TV trays for extra guests.

We have high standards when traveling, and we aim to meet or exceed those standards for our homes! We not only make sure the home is impeccable for our guests, but we also use non-toxic cleaning products.

We know some people are sensitive to cleaning and personal products, so we do not use any synthetic air fresheners or scented cleaners. We provide natural shampoo, lotion, and hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, free & clear laundry detergent for your convenience.

We have three smart TVs - one upstairs in the living area, one in the master bedroom, and one in the downstairs bedroom/living space. Simply log in to your subscribed services and enjoy! We also have a digital antenna that provides several free stations.

Enjoy the generous deck off the dining area, and overlook the back yard, which is lined with beautiful birch trees. This south-facing yard has excellent sun during the warmer months, yet it also has shade during the hotter, late afternoon hours.

This home has a generous driveway that provides parking for up to three vehicles. You may also park along the road for up to 24 hours.
