Iditarod Ceremonial Start

The ceremonial start of the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race is one of Alaska’s most recognizable traditions. Mushers and dog teams line up downtown before heading north for the official restart in Willow. Expect crowds, festive energy, and excellent photo opportunities.
Tour of Anchorage Ski Race
