We loved this house and enjoyed the seasonal decorating touches to make us feel right at home. We booked the weekend to spend time with family IN the house and it was a great stay. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this property for 3 nights for a work trip to Anchorage and found it perfect. Great decor with a fenced in backyard lit up with Edison lights. The house was clean, in a great location, had everything I needed (including wine opener, water filter, coffee maker with little creamers), washer (with detergent). The beds were very comfortable and lots of soft bath towels-which is hard to find in VRBOs! I highly recommend for single persons or families, my husband and 2 year old stayed the last night I was there and we found a pack-n-play. I rate this house 10/10.

Jason & Lynette have made their home a home away from home. They put in a great amount of tender loving care into their VRBO to make our stay outstanding.

The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary appliances, cooking herbs/spices, an assortment of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There was even a bowl of assortment of granola bars and fruit snacks for the kids.

The mattress' were so comfortable, linens soft. There was ample amount of pillows and blankets.
Although I no longer have small children, I did notice a pack and play. The home also had fans to circulate the air if needed.
The house was well lit with lamps and permanent fixtures. The home throughout had shampoos, hand soaps and dish soaps that were with essential oils and/or environmental friendly. I could go on and on with all the fine details but I must board my plane back to Arizona.

This property was awesome. Lynette was very helpful for anything we needed. Great wifi for kids school laptops, comfortable beds, and welcoming snacks. It was also stocked with everything we needed to get started for our 9 day stay. Would definitely recommend

We stayed here as a base while in anchorage. The property was very nice and well appointed. The location on the cul-de-sac gave me pause when we drove up, but it was fine and the house itself was so nice, it worked very well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lynette's house. She was very quick to respond and even helped us navigate the city! :) We loved coming home to her house after a long day of exploring. The interior was quaint, welcoming, comfortable and clean. We felt right at home!

The property was clean and the decor was perfect for the property. My only concern of the place is that the beds in the queen bedroom and the two twin beds in the third bedroom were uncomfortable. The sofa was better to sleep on even though we stayed three days. I would definitely stay there again with comfortable beds. Thank You for having us.

We found all Anchorage locations easily accessible. No drive was longer than 20 minutes to any city location. Quiet neighborhood. Nicely appointed property with comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen was well supplied and was easy for us to make meals. Home is a clean as pictured. Picking fresh raspberries on the property a double bonus! Lynette is an excellent hosts and can tell she takes great care of her guests and property. Wonderful stay! Thank you!
